3. Nature of Services
We provide pickup, transport, and delivery of medical items, including but not limited to:

We do not transport controlled substances, narcotics, or items that violate state or federal regulations.
4. Scheduling and Delivery
Clients are responsible for providing accurate pickup and delivery information, including names, addresses, timeframes, and contact details.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by:

Incorrect or incomplete information

Inclement weather, traffic, or road closures

Mechanical issues beyond our control

Force majeure events
Time-sensitive deliveries should be clearly marked and scheduled in advance. While we aim for punctuality, delivery times are not guaranteed unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Fees and Payments
All fees are quoted at the time of booking and may vary based on distance, urgency, and package type.

Payments are processed via LegalZoom’s affiliated systems.

All charges must be paid in full before service is rendered, unless otherwise agreed.

We reserve the right to refuse service for unpaid or overdue accounts.
6. Refunds and Cancellations

Cancellations prior to dispatch may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

Once a courier is dispatched, no refund will be issued.

Refunds due to service failure on our part may be issued at our sole discretion.
7. Liability Disclaimer
We take every reasonable precaution to protect your items, but we are not responsible for:

Loss or damage resulting from improperly packaged or mislabeled items

Delays caused by third parties or external events

Consequential or indirect damages
Our maximum liability for any loss or damage is limited to the lesser of:

The declared value of the item, or

$100 per delivery, unless a higher value is agreed to in writing beforehand
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Ensure timely availability for pickup and drop-off

Comply with all applicable laws, including those related to medical privacy and data protection

Notify us promptly of any issues with service
9. Medical Privacy & Confidentiality
While we are not a HIPAA-covered entity, we handle medical-related deliveries with the highest standards of confidentiality. If your organization requires a Business Associate Agreement (BAA), please contact us directly to arrange execution.
10. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party platforms (including LegalZoom or others) for payment processing, route planning, or communications. We are not responsible for any service interruptions or errors caused by those platforms, but we will assist in resolving issues to the best of our ability.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or refuse service at any time for:

Non-payment

Abusive or unlawful conduct

Safety concerns

Violation of these Terms
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which our business is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Changes to Terms
