Refund Policy

We strive to provide timely, secure, and professional courier services

to meet the critical needs of our medical clients. Due to the nature

of our services, we have implemented the following refund policy to

ensure clarity and fairness for all parties.

1. Non-Refundable Services

Because our services involve time-sensitive and mission-critical

deliveries, all completed and fulfilled courier services are non-refundable

once the service has been initiated, dispatched, or completed.

2. Cancellations

  • Before Dispatch: If a cancellation request is received prior to dispatch, a full refund

may be issued, minus any processing fees incurred through our payment provider Stripe.

  • After Dispatch: If a cancellation request is made after a courier has been dispatched, no refund will be issued due to resource allocation and time sensitivity.

3. Missed Pickups or Inaccurate Information

  • If a delivery is delayed or missed due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client (e.g., wrong address, incorrect contact details, or lack of access), the service will be considered rendered and non-refundable.

  • We encourage all clients to double-check service details before confirming a courier request.

4. Service Failures or Errors by DNM

If we are unable to fulfill a scheduled service due to an error or fault on our part, such as:

  • Failure to pick up or deliver on time (outside of unforeseen emergencies or traffic/weather delays)

  • Delivery to the wrong location

we will investigate the matter. If a service failure is confirmed, a partial

or full refund may be issued at our sole discretion.

5. Refund Process

All refund requests must be submitted in writing within

5 business days of the scheduled service date. Requests can be sent via:

Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original payment method

via Stripe and may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

6. Third-Party Payment Processing

All payments for services rendered by DNM Medical Courier Business LLC are processed through Stripe.

Any payment disputes or chargebacks initiated through

that provider may be subject to their terms of service in addition to this policy.
